Cappuccino Mix Recipes


Cappuccino Cooler
Place 1 cup milk, 10 small ice cubes and 2 tbsp. Cappuccino Mix into blender. Blend until ice cubes are completely crushed. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 cooler.


Cappuccino Shake
Place 1 scoop soft vanilla ice cream and 1 cup milk into blender or a quart jar. Add 2 tbsp. Cappuccino Mix. Cover and blend or shake until well blended. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 shake.

*If using single serving packet, 1 packet= 2tbsp.

Dip Mix Recipes

Garlic Onion Bread
3 cups Bisquick®
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 packet Garlic Onion Dip Mix

Place Bisquick and Dip mix in large bowl and blend with a whisk.
Add eggs and milk and mix until just blended. Place batter in sprayed 5 1/2 x 9 loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Yield-1 loaf.



Garlic Onion Butter Spread
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 packet Garlic Onion Dip Mix

Soften butter/margarine and place in medium bowl. Add Dip mix and mix well.


Spread on slices of french bread and heat in nonstick skillet until lightly toasted.-or-

Slice a loaf of french bread into slices, cutting to bottom of loaf, but through it. Spread Garlic Onion Butter generously in between slices. Wrap loaf in foil. Heat at 375-400 degrees for 30 minutes.



Garlic Onion Steak Seasoning
Sprinkle Garlic Onion Mix lightly over both sides of steak before broiling or grilling.



Mexican Fiesta Cornbread Twists

Use a package of refrigerated Pillsbury® Cornbread Twists.
Separate twists. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Sprinkle with Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix. Bake twists as directed on package.



Mexican Fiesta Meatloaf

Add 1 packet of Mexican Fiesta mix to each pound of meat in your favorite meatloaf recipe.



Mexican Fiesta Steak Seasoning

Sprinkle Mexican Fiesta Dip mix lightly over both sides of steak before broiling or grilling.



Farmhouse Vegetable Monkey Bread

1 (8 count) can refrigerated biscuits
1 packet Farmhouse Vegetable Dip mix
1/2 stick margarine, melted

Cut biscuits into quarters and place in large bowl. Add Farmhouse Vegetable Dip mix to melted butter and stir well. Pour butter over biscuit pieces and toss to coat well. Place biscuit pieces in medium loaf pan (4 1/2"x 8 1/4") and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.


Farmhouse Vegetable Soup

1 packet Farmhouse Vegetable Dip mix
2 1/2 cups water

Place Dip mix in medium pan. Add water. Stir to mix well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.



Farmhouse Vegetable Rice

Using directions for 4 servings of rice, add 1 packet Dip mix to water, stir well. Add uncooked rice, cook according to rice directions.



Spicy Cajun Baked Beans

2 (16oz) cans pork and beans, drained
2 tbsp. Spicy Cajun mix
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Place in small baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees 30-45 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Serves 4.



Spicy Cajun Butter Baked Fish

1 tbsp. Spicy Cajun Dip mix
1 stick butter, melted
fish fillets

Stir Dip mix into melted butter. Place fillets in baking pan. Spoon part of butter over fish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sppon more butter mixture over fish half way through baking and again when finished baking.



Spicy Cajun Shrimp Boil

Boil shrimp in 3 qts. water with 2 tbsp. Spicy Cajun mix and 2 tbsp. lemon juice.



Spicy Cajun Steak Seasoning

Sprinkle Spicy Cajun Dip mix lightly over both sides of steak before broiling or grilling.



Garden Dill Potato Salad

Add 1 1/2 tsp. Garden Dill Dip mix to each cup of prepared potato salad.

Garden Dill Sprinkle for Vegetables

Place Garden Dill Dip mix in a shaker. Keep on hand to sprinkle over hot buttered vegetables.



Garden Dill Butter Sauce

1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. Garden Dill Dip mix
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (optional)

Stir Dip mix and lemon juice into melted butter. Serve as a dipping sauce for shrimp, lobster, or crab.



Garden Dill Butter Baked Fish

1 tbsp. Garden Dill Dip mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (optional)

Garlic Dill Mashed Potatoes

Sprinkle Garden Dill Dip mix (to taste) into hot buttered mashed potatoes.

Cheesecake Mix Recipes

Try a chocolate graham crust with these cheesecakes for a change: Cherry Mousse, Chocolate Chip, Vanilla, Caramel and Cappuccino.

Baked Cheesecake

2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese, room temperature
1 Cheesecake Mix
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 9" crumb crust

Topping
1 cup sour cream
2 tb. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place cream cheese into large mixing bowl. Mix with electric mixer. Add cheesecake mix and vanilla. Mix well. Add sour cream and eggs. Mix well. Spread mixture in crumb crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 38-43 minutes until center just barely shakes. Remove from oven. Turn oven up to 450 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and spread over cheesecake. Return to oven for 5 minutes to set topping. Remove from oven, let cool 30 minutes on counter. Then chill 4 hours in refrigerator or 2 hours in freezer.
8 servings.



Freezer Cream Pie

1 (12oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cheesecake mix
1 9" crumb crust

Place whipped topping into large mixing bowl. Add cheesecake mix, stir gently until completly blended. Spoon mixture into crust. Cover lightly with plastic wrap. Place in freezer for several hours before serving. Store leftovers in freezer.
8 servings.


Dessert Dip

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, chilled
1 cheesecake mix
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Place cream cheese into large mixing bowl. Add cheesecake mix and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer on high speed for one minute or until mixture is completely smooth. Spoon mixture into a serving dish. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with an assortment of green grapes, strawberries, angel or pound cake cubes, banana slices, gingersnaps, chocolate graham crackers or your favorite food.
Makes 2-2 1/2 cups.

2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese, chilled
1/2 stick butter or margarine, chilled
1 cheesecake mix
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Place cream cheese and butter into a medium mixing bowl. Add cheesecake mix and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer on high speed for one minute or until mixture is completely smooth. Place mixture onto serving plate. Shape into a ball. Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with an assortment of green grapes, strawberries, angel or pound cake cubes, banana slices, gingersnaps, chocolate graham crackers, or your favorite food.
Makes 2 1/2-3 cups.


Creamy Dessert Dip

1 cheesecake mix
1 (8oz) container sour cream (1 cup)
Mix ingredients. Stir well.
Let stand 5 minutes. Stir very well. Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with an assortment of green grapes, strawberries, angel or pound cake cubes, banana slices, or your favorite food.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.


Ice Cream Pie

1 cheesecake mix
2 cups milk
1 (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1 crumb crust

Empty cheesecake mix into a large mixing bowl. Add milk. Stir well with a whisk to dissolve. Stir in whipped topping. Cover and freeze several hours. The whipped topping will rise to the top. At this time, mix very well to blend ingredients. Pour into a crumb crust, cover and freeze until firm.


**Reduce Fat Versions**

All cheesecake and dip mix recipes can be made using fat free, reduced fat, or light cream cheese, sour cream, whipped topping, mayonaise or skim milk.
